The Salvation Army of Mercer County was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.28(b)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1460103, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 06-04-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 818 Mercer Street Princeton, WV 24740.
