Jobsite scaffolding On November 7, 2024 and times prior the employer failed to do frequent and regular inspections on scaffolding that employees were working on.

29 CFR 1926.451(f)(4):Part(s) of a scaffold that were damaged or weakened, such that the scaffold's strength was less than that required by paragraph (a) of this section, were not immediately repaired, replaced, braced to meet those provisions, nor removed from service until repaired. Location: 1599 Columbus Ave. Roxbury, MA 02119. Jobsite scaffolding On November 7, 2024 and times prior the employer did not replace damaged parts of a scaffold. By not doing so it greatly compromises the weight the scaffold can hold and can lead to failure.
