Located at 1153 Harrow Street, Plain City, OH 43064: On or about November 12, 2024, employees performing roofing work on a residential townhome complex without eye protection were exposed to potential struck-by hazards as they used pneumatic nail guns to attach roofing shingles.

Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a. Located at 1153 Harrow Street, Plain City, OH 43064: On or about November 12, 2024, employees performing roofing work on a residential townhome complex without fall protection/prevention equipment/systems were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 105". Victor Lopez was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1653556, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 23, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3245 Millstone Loop, Lot T18, Powell, OH 43065.
