29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: A) 76 Main St Flemington, NJ 08822 An employee was operating a Husqvarna CRT48 Power Trowel at the job site without having received the manufacturer-required training. While attempting to maneuver the equipment, the untrained employee drove the Power Trowel off the edge of the second-floor concrete deck, resulting in an 18-foot fall. Hazard noted on or about 11/11/24
