29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Multi-story residential structure, southwest exterior; On or about October 7, 2024, and dates prior, employees were not protected from fall hazards of up to approximately 20.5-feet above ground-level while walking along the lower rooftop in order to access the chimney and/or upper roof using a fabricated frame scaffold system. (b) Multi-story residential structure, southwest exterior; On or about October 7, 2024, and dates prior, employees were not protected from falling approximately 10-feet to a lower level while working from the upper rooftop to construct a chimney.
