The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6 a. 1 South Broad Street CLIFTON, NJ: Propane and acetylene compressed gas cylinders were not secured to prevent them from being knocked over. Compressed gas cylinders were not stored in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 Paragraph 3.3.8. Propane compressed gas cylinders located in the driveway areas and exposed to vehicle traffic were not properly stored to protect them from struck by hazards. Condition observed on or about 11/12/2024 and again on 11/22/2024.
