29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about 11/13/2024, the employer did not protect employees who were engaged in plastering operations from the roof that was 6ft (1.8m) or more above lower levels while at the job site located at 683 Gravois Bluffs Boulevard in Fenton, MO. The employees were conducting plastering operations that exposed them to the hazard of falling from a height of greater than twenty (20) feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1):The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer. On or about 11/13/2024 at the job site located at 683 Gravois Bluffs Boulevard in Fenton, MO, the employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record each employee who were engaged in residential roofing operations 6ft (1.8m) or more above lower levels. The employees were not trained in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury while at the job site located at the Williamsville Community Center in Williamsville, MO. The employees were conducting residential roofing operations that exposed them to the hazard of falling from a height of greater than twenty (20) feet.
