29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: At a temporary jobsite located at 17008 Rosehill St. Overland Park, Kansas, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. Employees were working/walking at the lower level of the structure while other employees were working overhead. Employees on the lower level were not provided with hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: At jobsite located at 17008 Rosehill St. Overland Park, Kansas, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards. Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the flexible cord protective layer was pulled away from the plug end of the cord.
