29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special handtools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: (a) Machine area; On or about November 6, 2024, Employees were not required to use the push pads when jointing acrylic material on the Delta DJ20 (Model 37350, S/N6902) to prevent placing their hands near the jointer blades while the self-adjusting guard was open during the cutting process.
