On or about June 6, 2024, at 28033 US Highway 27, Moore Haven, Florida at the new bag plant receiving line ("Inspection Site"), the employer failed to have adequate documentation of its procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy for its tripper and conveyor system at the Inspection Site.
