29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a.)  C.A. Curtze Co., LLC dba Specialty Steak Services - On or about, 11/14/24, and at times prior to, a plastic cover over an outlet was missing.  The  plastic cover was used to prevent food or water from contacting the electrical outlet.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(ii):The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  a.)  C.A. Curtze Co., LLC dba Specialty Steak Services -  On or about 11/14/24, and at times prior thereto, the area in front of electrical disconnects was used for storage.  The items stored in front of the electrical disconnects included, but were not limited to, carts of meat.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
