1926.503(c)(3) Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill: a) 1820 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110 - Sub-contractor employees were installing HVAC equipment on a flat roof surrounded by a 36-inch parapet wall without a complete guardrail system, or other acceptable means or methods of fall protection in place, when exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19-feet to the lower level, on or about November 14, 2024. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
