29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) At or near 235 Ridgedale Ave., Cedar Knolls NJ - Roof - Front Facade: Employee without any means of fall protection was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 20 feet while engaged in framing activiites, on or about 11/13/24 Gorak Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1635816, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/20/23, with respect to a workplace located at 2143 Hudson Terrace, Fort Lee NJ.
