DBA Rainbow Muffler located at 2780 Bishop Rd, Willoughby Hills, OH, did not maintain and make available to employees the most recent Safety Data Sheet (SDS) from a chemical manufacturer, importer, or distributor for each hazardous chemical in the workplace to include but not limited to Acetylene and Oxygen. R1 Corp. DBA Rainbow Muffler maintained Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for Acetylene dated December 1995 and for Oxygen dated June 1994.
