29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Inside the warehouse, at Greater Quality Pool Service LLC located at 920 East 124th Ave., Unit F, TAMPA, FL: On or about November 13, 2024, employees using corrosive chemicals were exposed to eye hazards in that the employer failed to provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes. b) Outside the warehouse near the chlorine storage tank area, at Greater Quality Pool Service LLC located at 920 East 124th Ave., Unit F, TAMPA, FL: On or about November 13, 2024, employees using corrosive chemicals were exposed to chemical burn hazards that the employer failed to provide suitable facilities for quick drenching of the body.
