29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) At the Fluent Cannabis Care facility, located at 240 Sweetwater Road, Zolfo Springs, FL in the hallway outside Flower Room 9: On or about November 14, 2024, the employer failed to provide suitable eyewash stations for quick flushing of the eyes exposing employees to corrosive chemical hazards. b) At the Fluent Cannabis Care facility, located at 240 Sweetwater Road, Zolfo Springs, FL in the Fertigation (Pump) Room: On or about November 14, 2024, the employer failed to provide suitable eyewash stations for quick flushing of the eyes exposing employees to corrosive chemical hazards.
