This was most recently documented on or about November 15, 2024 at a construction jobsite located at or about 745 D Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.  Employee(s) were operating pneumatic nail guns while shingling a roof without the use of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  Employee(s) engaged in residential construction were exposed to fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about November 15, 2024 at a construction jobsite located at or about 745 D Street, Lincoln, Nebraska when employees were observed working on a residential structure. The employees were shingling a roof while working at a height of exceeding 25 feet measured from the ground  without fall protection.
