29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. On or about November 15, 2024, in the back store room, in aisle 203 for household cleaning products, employees were exposed to fire, trip and/or fall hazards. The employees were exposed in that access and egress was found to be blocked by a metal cart loaded with boxes, only allowing 12" of space, along with a mobile ladder stand, which was parked on top of a designated path of egress space, marked with 3" yellow floor markings.
