29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about November 14, 2024, in the store area, where employees were performing activities as store clerks, in that: a) In the breaker room, materials such as but not limited to trash, mops, cleaning detergents, buckets, extension cords, brooms, and electrical equipment accumulated on the floor. b) At the refrigeration unit, there was water leaking from the drain compartment onto the floor. c) In the kitchen area, water was leaking from the ceiling onto the floor.
