Location: Worksite On or about November 15, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 30 feet while performing roofing activities, where the employer did not ensure that a competent person was frequently and regularly performing inspections of the site.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). Location: Worksite On or about November 15, 2024 employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 30 feet when working on the roof to perform roofing activities, where the employer did not ensure that fall protection was in place, by any means.
