29 CFR 1910.107(g)(7): No smoking signs in large letters on contrasting color background were not conspicuously posted at all spraying areas: a) 1845 Lampman Drive, Billings, MT: On or about November 12, 2024 and at times prior the employer failed to post legible "No Smoking" signs in the automotive body shop where spraying of flammable chemicals was performed. The chemicals included, but were not limited to: acetone, methyl ethyl ketone (Spies Hecker Clear Coats); and Acetone, Methyl amyl ketone (Spies Hecker Surfacers).
