This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) 4482 Trader Street, Lot #13, Timnath, CO 80547: On or about and at times prior to November 16, 2024, the employer did not ensure that fall protection training was provided to employees prior to being exposed to fall hazards while conducting framing operations on a residential property. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
