29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) 5800 Newport St., Commerce City, CO 80022: On or about November 17, 2024, and at times prior, subcontractor employees of GRR Roofing, Inc., were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet to the ground below while conducting roofing activities on an existing roof without utilizing fall protection, while working at a jobsite controlled by Interstate Roofing. As the controlling employer, Interstate Roofing did not ensure that frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite located at 5800 Newport St., Commerce City, CO 80022, were conducted to ensure employee safety.
