29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: a) On or about November 15, 2024, in the restroom water closet/ stockroom: employees were exposed to electrical contact hazards of 110 - 125 volts in that the faceplate was missing the electrical wall socket.
