29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: 919-939 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, CT roofing project: On or about November 15, 2024, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 21 feet from the eave of the roof to the ground while performing roofing work activities without fall protection on a 5/12 pitch roof.
