29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) 2100 Byberry Rd, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006, Vehicle Wash Bay - On or about August 12, 2024, employees were provided and required to wear 3M half mask elastomeric tight-fitting facepiece respirators during grinding and painting operations and the employer did not provide a medical evaluation prior to initial use in accordance with this section. No abatement certification or documentation required.
