29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6):Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6). a) Worksite, Corner of Broadway and Langdon Pl., Lynbrook, NY- The employer operated a Genie S 85 Aerial lift less than 10 feet from 33,000 volt power line and contacted the powerline; on or about 5/20/24. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
