29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) On or about November 19, 2024, at the site, employees were exposed to 11.9 ft fall hazards when operating a Nifty Lift Machine (model# TD34TDAC MK1B, serial# 04_59061) to trim trees, in that, fall protection was not used.
