OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees when working in an explosive atmosphere: a) In the Extraction Area, on or about November 16, 2024 - Employees were exposed to potential explosion and flash fire hazards from unbonded and ungrounded conductive equipment and the storage of butane/propane and nitrogen oxide compressed gas cylinders inside the extraction booth.
