These pinch points are created by various moving parts, including bearings, pistons, tooling, and other components. Occurred  on or about 11/18/2024.  b) Bumble Bee Foods, LLC - Label machines area: Employees were exposed to pinch points due to inadequate guarding on label machines, specifically the 15 oz Krones Labeler., Model #  Canmatic K073, S/N 73795.  These pinch points are created by various moving parts, including bearings, pistons, tooling, and other components. Occurred  on or about 11/18/2024.
