29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Throughout Facility: On or about November 25, 2024 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not develop a written hazard communication program for employees who use industrial cleaning and laundering chemicals including, but not limited to, "Colgate-Palmolive Company" Fabuloso Professional Cleaner - Lavender, "Ecolab" Glass Cleaner, "KIK International LLC" Pure Bright Germicidal Ultra Bleach, "Ecolab" Rapid Multi Surface Disinfectant Cleaner, and "Ecolab" 73 Disinfectant Acid Bathroom Cleaner while performing housekeeping duties.
