29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) At the HH Tift Building - On or about November 20, 2024, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that, employees did not utilize fall protection while removing roofing material from a steep roof with a fall to ground distance of 30 feet.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. (a) At the HH Tift Building - On or about November 20, 2024, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that, employees utilizing personal fall arrest equipment had their attachment point at the leg straps of the harness.
