29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed. a) On or about November 12, 2024, in the Sanitation Department, the employer failed to provide effective guarding covering the chain and sprocket on the TCA Equipment Line 1 Fryer, there by exposing employees to caught-in and amputation hazards.
