29 CFR 1904.40(a): When an authorized government representative asked for the records kept under Part 1904, the employer did not provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours: a) EGYPT STAR BAKERY 608 N. Front Street Allentown, PA 18102: On or about November 21, 2024 the employer did not furnish their OSHA logs within 4 business hours when requested by the investigating compliance officer. OSHA logs, which were not fully completed, were received by the investigating compliance officer on March 14, 2025 after reminders were sent to the employer on February 25, 2025 and again on March 14, 2025.
