Worksite located at 4404 N. Antioch Road, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards. They were observed working and walking on a flat roof with multiple holes as well as a short parapet wall in which the employees were not protected from unprotected side by the use of hole covers, guardrails, or personal fall arrest systems.
