29 CFR 1926.25(a): Employees were exposed to slips, trips and falls from the debris left in work area. All debris shall be kept clear from work areas and passageways in and around buildings and other structures. On or about November 21, 2024, on southeast side of the jobsite, subcontracted employees had to walk through piles of debris while performing work on the exterior of the building.
