OSH Act of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (b) On November 14, 2024, at 1575 SW 8th Street, Boynton Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to struck-by hazards when approaching a stand-on mower while the operator had the discharge chute blocker flipped into a fully vertical position while the equipment was in operation.
