29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet):  a) Office Suite: On or about November 21, 2024, where doors located in the exit access equipped with incorrect signage included:  1. The door to the Victim Specialist Witness room was equipped with a panic bar and signage stating emergency exit only security alarm will sound when door is opened, and an illuminated exit sign. This door was not designated as an emergency exit on the employer's posted evacuation plan and was not equipped with signage that indicated its actual use.   2. The door located in the Evidence Station was equipped with a panic bar and signage stating emergency exit only security alarm will sound when door is opened. This door was not designated as an emergency exit on the employer's posted evacuation plan.  3. The door to the Interview Room was equipped with a panic bar and signage stating emergency exit only security alarm will sound when door is opened. This door was not designated as an emergency exit on the employer's posted evacuation plan and was not equipped with signage that indicated its actual use.
