29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder:   (a)  5963 East 114th Place Thornton CO 80233: On or around November 20, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 10 feet while using an unsecured ladder to access the roof of a residential roof.
