29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals.  Storage/Housekeeping Room:  On or about November 20, 2024, and at times prior thereto, several spray bottles containing various cleaners were hand labeled with their identity. The containers were missing the hazards listed that was associated with the chemicals used. Employees were exposed to skin and eye irritation.  The Coyote Valley Casino was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1456578, citation number 02, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/12/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 77 Coyote Valley Blvd., Redwood Valley, CA 95470.
