29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals.  Storage/Housekeeping Room:  On or about November 20, 2024, and at times prior thereto, several spray bottles containing various cleaners were hand labeled with their identity. The containers were missing the hazards listed that was associated with the chemicals used. Employees were exposed to skin and eye irritation.  The Coyote Valley Casino was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1456578, citation number 02, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/12/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 77 Coyote Valley Blvd., Redwood Valley, CA 95470.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:   Electrical Room: On or about November 20, 2024, and at times prior thereto, several electrical panels (120 -240 volts) were blocked by storage. Employees were potentially exposed to fire hazard(s).
