Section 5(a)(l) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm, including severe burns, to employees in that employees were exposed to dust explosion, deflagration, or other fire hazards from dust collectors being located inside a building and recirculating air: a) At the facility on or about, November 15, 2025 - An unvented combustible dust collector with no explosion protection system was located inside the Rotoblaster Room.
