Added provision requires that in the case of fork-lifts, the entire scaffold platform be secured to the forklift. All supported scaffolds, includin a) On the site located at 1 Wildlife Drive, Sanibel, FL: On or about 11/21/2024, the employer exposed employees to a forklift hazard, in that, employees were lifted approximately 20 ft. onto the roof by a rough terrain, telehandler forklift in a field made wooden box which was not designed or approved by the manufacturer for such use.
