29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: On or about November 21, 2024, employees were exposed to shock and burn hazards in that sufficient access and working spaces was not provided at a panel marked LPH-13K which was blocked by a trash can containing paper.
