On or about November 21, 2024, at the jobsite, employees were performing tree trimming operations with a chain saw without deenergizing the overhead electrical lines.

29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact was more than 10 feet. On or about November 21, 2024, at the jobsite, where an employee performing tree trimming operations came into contact with energized overhead electrical lines.
