This exposed the employee to fall hazards greater than 10' above ground level. This was documented on or about 11/21/2024.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: At a residential worksite located at 2614 SW Tracker Ln, Lees Summit MO -- employee engaged in framing duties on the roof of the building used an extension ladder to gain access. The ladder did not extend 3' above the upper landing surface. This exposed the employee to fall hazards of 10.11' ground to soffit. This was documented on or about 11/21/2024.
