29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a) Located at 3707 Kassidy Drive, Grove City, OH 43123: On or about November 21, 2024, the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site. As a result, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 20 feet while performing residential construction.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. Exception: When the employer can demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems, the employer shall develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502. a) Located at 3707 Kassidy Drive, Grove City, OH 43123: On or about November 21, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees installing sheathing were protected from falling by a fall protection system. As a result, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 20 feet while performing residential construction. b) Located at 3707 Kassidy Drive, Grove City, OH 43123: On or about November 21, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees working on framing the second story were protected from falling by a guardrail in the window openings. As a result, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 11 feet while performing residential construction.
