29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i):A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof: a) On or about 11/22/2024, at the two-story wood frame building area of the site, Corfu, NY. The two-story wood frame apartment building, that had 11,000 square feet each floor, had only one fire extinguisher available on the site. Fire extinguishers were not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
