29 CFR  1926.452(w)(6)(i): Employees shall not be allowed to ride on scaffolds unless the surface on which the scaffold was being moved was not within 3 degrees of level:  a) Jobsite located at 3201 Cuthbert Street Philadelphia, PA - On or about November 19, 2024, the employer did not prevent employees from riding on a powered mobile scaffold (scissor lift) on a surface that was greater than 3 degrees of level. Employees rode on a powered mobile scaffold (SkyJack 3220) on a surface that was approximately 8 degrees from level, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards from scaffold tip over.
