29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a) On November 16, 2024, at the Drayton Factory, 8452 Old Hwy 44, Drayton, ND, 58225, an employee injury occurred as the result of being struck-by scalding beet juice that splashed out of a holding tank requiring the hospitalization of the employee, which was not reported to OSHA within the required 24 hours.
