29 CFR 1910.23(c)(9): Portable ladders used on slippery surfaces are secured and stabilized. On or about November 11, 2024, a ladder was set up on a blacktop driveway and was not secured from slipping. An employee fell with the ladder as it slid from underneath them when coming down off a roof.
